AuraFresh Return Policy – Easy Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

The AuraFresh Return Policy allows customers to return items within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging with tags, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, contact us at aurafreshspain@gmail.com

Damaged or incorrect items should be reported immediately upon receipt so we can assess and resolve the issue promptly. Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom-made products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.

For exchanges, return the original item, and once accepted, place a new order for the replacement. Customers in the European Union benefit from a 14-day reflection period, allowing cancellation or return for any reason, provided items meet the standard return conditions.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Processing typically takes up to 10 business days, though bank posting times may vary. If more than 15 business days pass after approval, contact us immediately.
